Yes. All equipment comes with a 60-day parts and labor warranty.
For customers within a 3-hour radius of Kansas City, on-site service is fully covered.
For customers outside that radius, warranty service is handled on a case-by-case basis. I’m always happy to work with you to find a fair and efficient solution.
No. All deposits are non-refundable. Because we reserve equipment specifically for you and begin preparing it for your project, it’s important that you are confident and ready to move forward before placing a deposit.
Yes. We provide ongoing service and support for equipment we sell. Service calls are billed for both travel time and repair time, so the farther you are from Kansas City, the higher the service cost will be.
If you’re outside our standard service range, we’ll gladly help you locate a trusted local service provider to ensure you’re taken care of.
You can pay via Venmo, PayPal, business check, or debit card through the invoice link. Please note: If you choose buyer protection on Venmo or PayPal, the associated processing fees will be added to your final bill.
Yes! I’m pretty selective because I want to offer only the highest-quality pre-owned equipment to my customers. That said, you’re more than welcome to reach out — show me what you’ve got, and maybe we can make a deal.
